How much does Anki app cost?
Anki app costs £25 on the Apple store; however it is free on PC (https://apps.ankiweb.net/)
Are you the owner of Anki?
No; we simply use the app to create and distribute flashcards to students across the world, helping them in their studies!
When I click on the file, it says unsupported?
This is because you have not downloaded Anki app. Please download the app (https://apps.ankiweb.net/) on PC before proceeding.
I have downloaded Anki on PC. How do I access the flashcards on the app?
You need to download the files that have been sent to you via email. Then open the Anki app and near the bottom there is a button called “Import File”.
Click it and select the .apkg files that you downloaded earlier!
I have purchased the flashcards and it has been over 8 hours but I still haven’t received them.
Make sure to check the spam folder in your email inbox just in case if the email we sent has gone there!

Is there anyway I can access the flashcards on browser? My PC doesn’t work.
